QIC owns and operates three Tall Form towers for custom spray drying.

Capabilities

QIC operates three Tall Form / Cone Bottom tower spray dryers for commercial production. The towers are designed to spray dry specialized food grade items with unique processing requirements. QIC also offers proof of concept and formulation validation work on a Niro Mobile Minor pilot spray drying unit.

Customer provides:

  1. Formula

  2. General process protocol to be followed

  3. Most, or all, raw materials

  4. All inbound and outbound transportation

  5. All supporting documentation and certifications

Typical Business Arrangements

QIC provides:

  1. Production services on a per pound or per hour basis (depending on product and process)

  2. Customer specified lab tests

  3. Customized pre and post production communication and reports tailored to specific requirements

  4. Standard packaging options, pallets and labels

  5. Packaging
